Description
C&Z purlin roll former includes hydraulic expansion decoiler, leveling equipment, roll forming system, punching equipment, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, electric controlling system and supporter for purlin. The C&Z purlin roll former adopts PLC control, AC frequency and speed adjusting technology to realize continuous production automatically. The purlin roll forming line is energy-saving and high-effective to produce equipment for steel structure.
Application
Many houses use purlins to lift the rafters to support the rafters. The purlins are made into roof beams, and the paving and tiles are placed on the roof truss or diagonal beams of the house. The steel purlin from purlin machine is lighter in size, which is in line with the characteristics of the roof purlin.
